I just watched a few clips and they've been very clear about what they small details they want you to do. If the purpose of this lesson is to give a solid foundation to the most important positions in DDPY, well, it gets an F. There's no precision in the positions, the demonstrators are poor, there's no direction (like whether heels should be on the mat, or where you should be applying tension in most positions, etc.). I'm able to get whatever video I want to play on my desktop no issues. What browser are you using? It runs fine for me on Chrome. Unfortunately, the web version of the program is terrible, so I'm forced to squint on an iPad rather than using a laptop.
